The Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) ranked first in the recently concluded Maritime School Assessment Program (MSAP) 2024 examinations. Among the cadets, six of the top ten deck cadets came from the academy, with MIDN 1CL Juan Miguel Estoesta securing the top spot. Additionally, four of the top ten performing engine cadets are from the academy. The MSAP is a prestigious examination that evaluates the competence and knowledge of maritime students across various institutions in the Philippines. This milestone reflects the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and producing world-class maritime officers. MAAP continuously raises its standards to uphold its vision of becoming the leading institution in maritime education and training.
