Note: All midshipmen/women are required to submit their school credentials from their previous schools upon enrollment to the Office of the Registrar. Also, the Office of the Registrar will post memorandum in your respective areas regarding the schedule of enrollment. Kindly contact the Office of the Registrar for the schedule of enrollment.

The MAAP Commencement Exercises are scheduled for May and December each year. Attendance of the graduating student to the commencement program is OPTIONAL.
This application signifies the student’s desire for his/her degree to be conferred and officially documented on his/her academic transcript, regardless of whether he/she attends the May or December commencement ceremony.
Students that disembarked from January to March or from June to October are eligible to apply for graduation at other times during the year. However, students who are disembarking in April should apply for May graduation, while those disembarking in November should apply for the December graduation.
Students may apply during the 2nd Semester of his/her graduating year (4th Year Level).
Student who is beyond the maximum residency period must submit a letter requesting for extension of residency. The said letter is to be forwarded to the MAAP President for approval. Once the extension is granted, the student can proceed to Step 1.

Students in the 2-1-1 scheme must finish and pass all courses in their last semester before they can get an Application for the Comprehensive Examination at the Office of the Registrar.
Only those who have completed both the academic and onboard training requirements will be permitted to take the Comprehensive Examination.
The Registrar will endorse the student to the Academic Council and Training for deliberation and issuance of an ACAT Resolution number on the second Friday of each month.
Graduation requirements must be completed within the calendar year from the date of application. If you do not fulfill the requirements within that year, you will need to submit a new application the following year, as the original application will no longer be valid.

This procedure applies to documents issued by the Office of the Registrar once available for claiming.
