• Two (2) pieces latest photograph 1 ½ by 1 ½ in size.
• Applicants must be a High School graduate.
• Applicants should be at least 17 years old.
Note:
MAAP, PMMA, FEATI University and LYCEUM of Batangas midshipmen/women should present Medical Certificate with coverage period of validity from school physician since physical & medical examination is being conducted annually.
